Whether you prefer phone, text, or email, we’ll chat through the details and figure out how much time you’ll need to walk your plans. We keep things simple with an hourly rate and offer both half-day and full-day options, so you can choose what works best for you.
2. Send Your Files
Before your walk, just email us a PDF of your floor plan. If you have elevations you’d like to see, send those too—we’d love to include them. We’ll take care of scaling everything so that when you arrive, your home is ready for you to step inside and experience in full size.
3. Walk Your Plans
When you walk through our doors, your plans come to life. You’ll step inside a full-scale version of your floor plan—every room, hallway, and transition laid out just as it will be when it’s built.
