Fill out our contact form or give us a quick call—we’d love to hear about your project. Whether you prefer phone, text, or email, we’ll talk through the details and determine how much time you’ll need to walk your plans. We keep things simple with an hourly rate, and appointments can range from a single hour to longer walkthroughs depending on the size and complexity of your project.
2. Send Your Files
Before your walk, just email us a PDF of your floor plan. If you have elevations you’d like to see, send those too—we’d love to include them. We’ll take care of scaling everything so that when you arrive, your home is ready for you to step inside and experience in full size.
3. Walk Your Plans
When you walk through our doors, your plans come to life. You'll step inside a full-scale version of your floor plan—every room, hallway, and transition laid out just as it will be when it's built. This is your opportunity to experience the space, understand how it truly functions, and make sure every detail feels right before construction begins.
As you walk, we'll place digital furniture throughout the home so you can see how each room lives, flows, and functions. If something feels off, we can make changes in real time by redlining your plans live, allowing you to see the impact of those revisions immediately. If everything feels just right, you'll move forward with confidence, knowing your decisions have been validated before construction begins.
